Privacy Policy Regarding Personal Data Processing
1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (the list is available at: http://zakon2.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/2297-17) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data used by NGO "PI Teplytsia" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
1.1. The Operator considers the compliance with human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, to be its paramount goal and condition for conducting its activities.
1.2. This Operator's policy regarding personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://teplitsia.com/.
2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
2.3. Website – a collection of graphic and information materials, as well as computer software and databases that ensure their accessibility on the internet at the web address https://teplitsia.com/;
2.4. Personal data information system – an aggregate of personal data contained in databases, along with the information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
2.5. Anonymization of personal data – actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data;
2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;
2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity, or individual who independently or jointly with other entities organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of personal data processing, the scope of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://teplitsia.com/;
2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://teplitsia.com/;
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data accessible to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to a foreign state authority, or to a foreign individual or foreign legal entity;
2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of further restoration of the personal data content in the personal data information system and/or the destruction of physical media containing personal data.
3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User
3.1. Full name;
3.2. Email address;
3.3. Phone numbers;
3.4. The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookie" files) using web analytics services (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and others).
3.5. The data listed above are collectively referred to as Personal Data throughout the text of this Policy.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is informing the User by sending emails.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User regarding new products, services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending an email to the Operator at teplycya@gmail.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services, and special offers."
4.3. Anonymized User data collected through web analytics services serve to gather information about User actions on the site, as well as to improve the quality of the website and its content.
5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if completed and/or submitted by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://teplitsia.com/. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User data if allowed in the User's browser settings (if saving "cookies" and using JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with current legislation requirements in the field of personal data protection.
6.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with applicable law.
6.3. In case of detecting inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator's email address teplycya@gmail.com marked "Personal Data Update."
6.4. The processing period for personal data is unlimited. The User may revoke their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending an email to the Operator's address teplycya@gmail.com marked "Withdrawal of Consent for Personal Data Processing."
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Prior to commencing cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory personal data is intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may only be carried out with the written consent of the personal data subject to such transfer and/or for the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The User can obtain any clarifications on matters of interest regarding the processing of their personal data by contacting the Operator via email at teplycya@gmail.com.
8.2. This document will reflect any changes made to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
