This document is the internal Procurement Policy of the NGO "PLATFORM OF INITIATIVES TEPLYCYA" in its new edition, approved on 31 May 2023, with subsequent amendments approved by Order No. 30-11/24 dated 30 November 2024.

The Policy establishes unified rules, principles, and procedures for the procurement of goods, works, and services to support the organization’s operations and the implementation of grant-funded and partnership projects.
