This document defines unified approaches to monitoring and evaluating the activities, projects, and programs of the NGO “PLATFORM OF INITIATIVES TEPLYCYA” The policy is aimed at improving the organization’s effectiveness, ensuring transparency, supporting evidence-based management decision-making, and demonstrating the impact of implemented initiatives.

Purpose of the Policy

The policy establishes a framework for the systematic collection, analysis, and use of data, enabling timely progress tracking, results evaluation, risk identification, and the adaptation of approaches in line with the needs of beneficiaries, partners, and donors.
