Policy on Post-Facto Actions for Contracts of the NGO “TEPLYTSIA INITIATIVES PLATFORM”

General Information

This document defines the procedure for actions to be taken after the completion of contracts concluded by the NGO “TEPLYTSIA INITIATIVES PLATFORM”, with the aim of ensuring proper oversight of the fulfillment of obligations, assessment of the quality of results, financial compliance, and risk management.

The policy applies to all contracts of the Organization, including agreements with contractors, suppliers, partners, and service providers.

To ensure proper contract performance, timely identification of deficiencies, risk analysis, and the development of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the Organization’s contractual activities.
